Using Clarius®
Most commonly, Clarius® will be used for administering dermal fillers or dissolving old filler. Fillers are gel-like injectables that are inserted beneath the skin in specific areas to restore lost volume, smooth lines, soften creases, and enhance facial contours. Our office provides the most effective facial fillers to produce dramatic improvements without the need for surgery. Using ultrasound technology, we can avoid vascular occlusions and have a clear visualization of existing fillers making it easy to dissolve fillers and treat complications. Therefore, if you are unhappy with the filler placement that you have done elsewhere – we can help correct this issue.
what is hylenex®?
Hylenex® is an FDA-approved injectable designed to dissolve HA (Hyaluronic Acid) fillers. It is made from a protein found naturally in the body called Hyaluronidase, which naturally disperses HA. Hylenex®, when injected into the skin, works to break down the HA from the dermal filler at an accelerated rate so that the body can absorb it quickly.
